A study shows that students can improve their performance when taking exams by using the smell of rosemary.
It showed that students smelling rosemary oil achieved up to 7% better results in memory tests.
I suppose it may be something humankind has known for awhile. Shakespeare had a character in Hamlet mention it: “There's rosemary, that's for remembrance.”
Rosemary goes back even farther as the ancient Greeks wore wreaths of it around their heads to improve mental skills.
