Melissa Joan Hart posted an emotional video to Instagram yesterday describing how she and her husband ended up part of the tragic shootings in Nashville.

"Prayers today, Action tomorrow. This was too raw to post yesterday but wanted you to hear this story," Hart wrote next to the video of her realying her story. "Hey guys. For those of you that know I live in Nashville, and what's been going on here today," she said at the beginning of the video referring to the school shooting. "My kids go to school right next to a school where there was a shooting today. We moved here from Connecticut where we were in a school a little ways down from Sandy Hook. So this is our second experience with a school shooting with our kids being in close proximity," she said before stating that she and her family were "all okay."

The actress went on to describe how she and her husband came upon a group of kindergartners escaping the chaos. "They were climbing out of the woods, they were trying to escape the shooting situation at their school," she added. "So we helped all of these tiny little kids cross the road and get their teachers over there, and we helped a mom reunite with her children."

After telling her story and catching her breath, she ended the video by stating, "I don't know what to say anymore. It is just enough is enough. Just pray, pray for the families."
