Choose Things You Like Doing - Makes sense! If you don't like jogging, don't pick that. I love the elliptical and free weights. That's where I'd go.
Track Progress - Absolutely! And free apps make it so easy. And if you're counting calories on an app, it make you extra to burn ;)
