A Tallahassee federal judge will be hearing from attorneys for both Governor Ron DeSantis and Disney Tuesday morning. DeSantis and the Central Florida Tourism Oversight District want Disney's suit dismissed.
Disney claims its First Amendment rights were violated by the Governor when he retaliated against it by replacing the Reedy Creek Improvement District with one that has more state oversight and members appointed by the Governor.
The action came after Disney spoke out against the Parental Rights in Education law.
