The war in the Middle East is personal for people on both Israelis and Palestinian here in the U.S., particularly in South Florida. Yanir Hadan was in Plantation for a pro-Israel vigil at Temple Kol Ami Emanu-El on Sunday. He has family in Israel, and he says a cousin died after being shot in the head. Hadan says two other relatives are missing.
Meanwhile, a pro-Palestine rally was held in Hollywood Beach yesterday. One man there has relatives in the Gaza Strip, and says you never know if they're alive from one moment to the next.
