Get Fit with "The Two Day Rule"

This method for getting fit is going viral. Probably because it's easy and flexible. The "two day rule" means not skipping two days in a row. Solid idea for creating a habit for health or anything else.

Creating habits is a difficult thing to do. And off days, or cheat days work for me. I think my favorite was him eating three cookies at one time for his example of an off day. I'm a big boy and I don't think I've ever eaten 3 cookies like that, LOL.
