Selfie Addiction Is Real And Is A Problem

According to the Journal of Mental Health and Addiction selfie addiction is real, and you may have an actual mental illness. What's the litmus? If 50% of your pictures or more are selfies.  Or you're taking 6+ per day... Think of someone that's taking multiple selfies a day then posting to the social network of their choice.

I mean, look at me, I'm GORGEOUS. But who has that kind of time?

Looks like it's a self perpetuating issue, because too much time spent on social networks can negatively impact your self esteem. So if you're addicted to something that makes you feel bad, so you're on it more and you feel worse...
