(Yahoo!) - Lea Michele may still be singing and dancing as Rachel Berry on "Glee," but the 27-year-old is finally getting a music video to call her own.

On Sunday, the actress took to Twitter to share sneak peeks of the set where she was shooting the video for the first single off her debut record. And, by the looks of her all-caps tweets, she was pretty pumped about it, too.

The big day began with a tease — "Very early morning.. But for something so amazing," she wrote — and concluded with heartfelt appreciation: "Truly an incredible day… Thank u @melaniemakeup @marktownsend1 @Ashlie_Johnson & @Estee Stanley #dreamcometrue."

Lea has also been hinting about upcoming performances as well, writing, "At rehearsal now practicing w/ my band for my first live performance of my single! Which is happening very soon! #DreamComeTrue."

The songstress had already finished recording the album when her boyfriend, Cory Monteith, passed away in July, but she admitted to Elle magazine in the December 2013 issue that she went back into the studio after he died to record "You're Mine," a special song for her late on and off screen beau.

"The album was done, and the label said, 'Do you want to add anything?' I was like, 'I might regret it if I don't," she confessed. "It makes me so happy, this song. It makes me think so much of Cory. It was ours. When I think of him, I play this."
